Terms of Service

1. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payment services for BorrowHive are provided by Stripe. If you list tools, receive payouts, or submit payments, you may be required to create or maintain a Stripe Connected Account.

• You authorize BorrowHive to share required identity, transaction, and payout information with Stripe.
• Stripe Connected Account use is governed by Stripe's Connected Account Agreement, Services Agreement, and Legal Terms, and Privacy Policy.
• BorrowHive does not store full card numbers or full bank account credentials.

2. SMS Communications (Twilio)

BorrowHive uses Twilio as an SMS delivery provider for account verification and transactional notifications.

• By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from BorrowHive at the mobile number you provide.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Email Communications (Mailgun)

BorrowHive uses Mailgun as an email delivery provider for transactional and marketing communications.

• Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
• BorrowHive honors unsubscribe requests and suppression preferences.
• You may still receive service-critical transactional emails even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications.
