This Privacy Policy explains what information BorrowHive collects, how it is used, and how it is shared with service providers.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account details such as name, email, and phone number.
  • Rental, listing, and transaction activity.
  • Security, fraud, and service usage logs.

2. Stripe Processing

BorrowHive uses Stripe to process payments and payouts. For payment operations, identity verification, and compliance checks, we share required data with Stripe and Stripe Connect.

Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy and Connected Account Agreement, Services Agreement.

3. Twilio Processing (SMS)

BorrowHive uses Twilio to deliver SMS messages. For SMS delivery, we share your phone number, message content, and delivery metadata with Twilio.

You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and you can request support by replying HELP. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply.

BorrowHive does not share mobile opt-in data for third-party or affiliate marketing.

4. Mailgun Processing (Email)

BorrowHive uses Mailgun to deliver email. For email delivery, we share recipient addresses, message headers, and delivery-event metadata with Mailgun.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests and suppression rules for future marketing sends.
